A Space for Your Team
Want to use the space? Here’s what you need to know:
WHO – The CO-LAB is open to book for anyone in the Herefordshire & Worcestershire ICS; that’s not just NHS! That includes charities, social care, educators and many other organisations that work to improve healthcare within our counties.
WHEN – We are usually open Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays) from 8AM to 4PM.
WHERE - We are located in C Block of Kidderminster Hospital and Treatment Centre, Kidderminster, DY11 6RJ. Click here to find us on Google Maps.
HOW MUCH - We believe collaboration is essential to improve things for our patients, so we work on the principle The CO-LAB is free of charge to book. However, we review this on a case-by-case basis and current capacity. External organisations may be requested to make a donation towards coffee!

A variety of pods are great for working in smaller groups.
Our secluded Lounge room is perfect for confidential work or a more relaxed workspace.
Access to our open area (availability dependent) and our kitchen - perfect for an informal chat!
The Big Room can be used for larger discussions, conferences, and training - great for large groups.
Our new Green Room, in collaboration with University of Worcester, is perfect for medium-sized groups to collaborate and spark imagination.

An exclusive booking of the hub gives space for up to 50 people, perfect for networking events or large-scale workshops.
The CO-LAB is perfect for this, with natural areas for groups to break out for discussion exercises, but we can arrange the furniture in any way to best suit your needs.

The CO-LAB is a great place to focus on wellbeing – take a moment to relax in your surroundings or try out the Sensiks VR pod!
Hot beverages are always available including our highly renowned coffee machine!
