Aches and pains are a normal part of life. However, they can prevent you from carrying out your usual day-to-day activities and can make you feel worried and frustrated.

The good news is that most of the conditions that cause these aches and pains can be easily treated by you, at home. But sometimes, you may need the assistance of trained clinician to help overcome your discomfort.

Physiotherapy

The letters MSK stand for Musculoskeletal, which refers to the bones, joints and muscles in the body.

MSK Physiotherapy is the treatment of injuries that affect your joints, muscle, ligaments and tendons. Your Physiotherapist will guide you through exercises for you to do at home, to help you on your way to recovery.

At the moment, you can self refer for this service if are you registered with a GP practice in Evesham, Droitwich, Pershore, Malvern, Tenbury, Worcester, Upton, Redditch or Bromsgrove through the Herefordshire and Worcestershire Health and Care NHS Trust. We hope to expand this service across the two counties in the future.
