Public Health Nursing (Health Visitors and School Nursing teams)

The Public Health Nursing service support families, parents, children and young people across Worcestershire to lead happy, healthy and fulfilled lives.

You can contact this service through their 1 simple number 01905 520 032 where you can speak to a member of the Health Visiting Team for advice or book an appointment in one of their Well Child Clinics.

For school age children you can make a self-referral through to the School Nursing Team using their Online referral form
